This is a Puzzle game so expect some cognitive challenege.
Hint: Switches & doors, portals and platforms.

When the blue energy runs to 0 you will be thrown back in time yet your past actions will remain. Use this to your advantage to escape each level. Oh, and don't fall into acid.
